Developing Our Meditation Muscle

This series gives us the opportunity to develop or deepen a meditation practice and train in concentration, mindfulness and alertness. We can develop the ability to quiet the noise, the clutter, and the busyness in our mind, and allow our mind to gradually settle into a deep feeling of inner peace. We will learn to identify and tame our personal meditation obstacles by exploring tried and tested ancient Buddhist techniques for developing and improving our meditation and concentration thereby cultivating a feeling of contentment and well-being that will remain with us in our daily lives.

IMPORTANT! At all times, regardless of the empty spaces in the building lot, please use the parking lot at the corner of Lester Avenue and Nostrand Avenue ONLY*. Tenants in the building with designated spaces do come at random times and we don’t want to create any imposition for them. The lot diagonally across the street is FREE.

*There are two designated handicap spaces in the building’s lot, if you need one.
