In this retreat, we have the opportunity to engage in two sessions of the HYT practice of Vajrayogini, Blissful Path. In each session, Kadam Donna will explain and guide a meditation on a different aspect of this liberating, meaningful practice so that you feel confident to do it at home and gain deep experience. 

This is an opportunity to gain familiarity with the essence of Vajrayogini Tantra and to further your personal practice.

Session 1: 10:00 -11:30am
Session 2: 11:45 - 1:15pm
